the most concerns about political violence in recent memory.

Earlier this summer, former President Donald Trump was shot at an outdoor rally in

Western Pennsylvania. Take a look what happened. From everything we've gathered about the shooter since he did not appear to consider himself a political activist but this was very much an assassination attempt such a close call in, that the US Secret Service asked the Trump campaign to

consider holding fewer outdoor events where an assault-style rifle can reach a target close

to half a mile away. His online chatter grew among domestic and foreign terror networks.

Law enforcement believed that this election season had already become incredibly susceptible to violence.

Trump in particular was considered a prime target

in need of even more protection than an average candidate.
