You know, I saw this headline earlier today in the Daily Mail.

They were condemning social media because it's influencing people to become anorexic.

It's encouraging eating disorders.

And I thought, that's not a very fair headline.

I woke up and now I'm feeling very defensive of people that have anorexia.

And I just want to say that anorexia is healthy.

And I want to talk to you guys about why anorexia is actually healthy.

And if you're thinking that I sound crazy, well, maybe I do sound a little bit crazy.

Let's talk about it.
