Jill, thank you for taking my call.

I appreciate it.

Sure.

Before you, I've got an annuity that's coming to you right now.

It's a value with $30,000, and I've got some options with it.

It's in an IRA.

I can take that money and put it in my brokerage account inside the IRA and hold that forward.

I can leave it in the current annuity and just keep rolling it forward, or I can go to

a new annuity, or some new annuities available at New York State.

That's why I live.

The drawback is it has a 10-year surrender fee, so I have to get back into that deal.
