Alexander. Thank you for the invitation. Why don't you start with the basics for those who haven't

heard of the initiative? What is Vatchi? Vatchi stands for the Vancouver Anti-Corruption Institute,

and this is something new for Canada. We are launching VATI, as we refer to it, out of the I-Clear International

Center domain. It will remain an integral part of I-Clear, but our intention is really to propel

corruption into the mainstream thought in Canada as much as possible. We see VACI as a necessary

entity in Canada. It's civil society. It's an NGO.

It is an Asian-oriented, an America's oriented organization. And we're building really on the success of I-Clear, which has existed since 1992.

I-Clear has done phenomenal work.
