Hey, Nolan. Thanks for having me.

We're really happy to have who's become, I guess, known as the go-to guy on the

ETF application. So every time I see you tweeting news on the ETF, it creates quite a storm.

Yeah, it seems that way. It's kind of funny that I found myself in that position. But I do get a lot of questions about ETFs, and I'm happy to talk about it. So glad to be chatting with you.

And just so that I'm clear, I don't think you're an ETF lawyer. I have a little bit of legal training, and I saw from your practice that it doesn't look like you're someone who's really the go-to point person on an ETF application. So how is it?

First of all, let's let's let the audience know what your practice really does involve,

generally, and then specifically for your crypto and blockchain practice, and then how this

whole ETF inside scoop persona on Twitter came about.
