Hey friends. Today I want to tell you about a couple new episode series that are available for patrons who support the podcast for $10 per month or more on Patreon.

I want to talk about reflections episodes and what those are as well as recap episodes and what those are and how you guys can get access if you want more content from

the nugget so first off reflections is a series of short episodes that i'm doing with hazel finley

and mina leslie voeastic from the curious climber podcast i recently started helping them with their

audio production i'm now doing the sound production for their show and trying to help them out with that. And in exchange, they are helping me with this new podcast series called Reflections. And in each episode, I sit down with either Mina or Hazel or they sit down with one another. And we ask each other a couple of questions and we just reflect on something that we've been thinking about or working on or have learned recently in our own climbing or life.

And the conversations have been super good.

If you guys like the more reflective, thoughtful conversations that I've had with many of my guests on the Nugget when we get into the deep life stuff, I think you'll really love these reflections episodes.

Secondly, I want to tell you guys about recap episodes.

This is a request that I got from some patrons to do a really simple podcast series where I give you guys a really simple and a really

short update on my own climbing. So I'm doing those once a month as well at the end of every

month. I do a short recap episode, usually 10 to 15 minutes and just talk about where I've been

for the past month, what I've been up to, what I've been climbing on, some of the climbing highlights,

what I think I could have done better, what I'm excited about, what I'm grateful for, things like

that. So if you have been following my climbing journey and you want to hear what I'm up to as I

travel around and meet these amazing guests and learn from them and try to implement what I'm

learning into my own climbing and training,
