Hello my fellow court junkies, this is Jillian and I have some really exciting news to share

with you.

If you listen to episode 7 then you'll know that I'm working on an additional episode

series called Court Junkie Briefs.

These are going to be many episodes, each one devoted to a single courtroom-related topic.

I'll be talking to legal experts, attorneys, law enforcement officers, medical examiners,

jury consultants, to get the scoop on various legal issues.

There are a lot of issues related to our justice system that I find fascinating and I think

you will too.

Issues such as inadmissible evidence and how it can affect a case, false confessions,

hostile witnesses, sunshine laws, vetting juries, and a whole lot more.

And although I'll be primarily focusing on the United States justice system, I'll be

focusing on other justice systems from time to time as well.

My first episode is going to be about no-body murder cases.

I'm going to be speaking with Ted D. Biasi, a former federal homicide prosecutor who's

going to talk about how common these cases are, how he prepares for them, etc.

We'll also go into a few specific murder trials that have gone on without the most important

piece of evidence, the victim.

I was originally going to make these Court Junkie Briefs premium content as a reward for
