Hello, welcome to the podcast.

This is Father Mike.

Father Nathan, almost at Father John.

Well, happy Thanksgiving everyone.

And hope you're well.

Hope you got a chance to get to mass and see your Thanksgiving to God.

See your families and have a nice meal, time together, time of communion.

Right.

Yeah, we're coming to you the day after Thanksgiving with an acknowledgement of where we are in the podcast.

This is kind of the state of the union of the podcast.

In part because we know that so many of you are following week by week and have listened for quite some time.

We want to let you know kind of where we are in terms of the podcast crew so that we can ask for your prayers and just alert you to just the situation at hand.

So there's no topic for today.

It's kind of difficult for us to get to this point.

But the long and short of it is we're going to take a break from the podcast and we're in a period of discernment.

We're looking at January at meeting again and kind of talking through what people have discerned as well as prayed about the future going ahead.

And where we stand is a place that I think that many of you can understand and appreciate given your own walk with Christ as well as you know you walk with your brothers and sisters.

For the podcast for Catholic stuff we've always prided ourselves on recording out of friendship, recording out of our life.

And what we've kind of said before was that you know we just kind of have conversations and then turn the mics on and you get a window into what's going on in kind of priests lives as well as you know the struggles and what we're praying about thinking about.

You know pondering what we want to share.

But we've we've always had a sense that our podcast is rooted in the relationship between you know father Mike, father Michael, Olo, whenever he was on and then father John and myself.
