Over the past couple years, we have gotten numerous requests for resources, and we are super excited to bring you this event that is happening next week for free. That's right. We are super

passionate here at Bodies Behind the Bus about keeping resources accessible. So please join us with

Emily Maynard. She is a licensed psychotherapist in California and she was actually a former guest on

the podcast. You can hear a little bit more with Emily in episode 69 and 70.

But this event in particular is going to be a little bit more intimate and a little bit more of a deep dive of some of those topics that she covered in her podcast episodes.

We are hoping that many of you join us for this. It will be Wednesday,

August 21st at 5 p.m. Pacific time. That is 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I think this is just going

to be such a great resource for all of us to start gaining more language and understanding

of not only our own experiences, but the experiences

that we're hearing about on this podcast. So with that, I'm going to pass it over to Emily
