Hi friends, some important news coming at you today. It has been a year.

Twenty-23 has been quite a year at Simplified. It has been professionally and personally busy.

It's been awesome and it's been challenging.

But I'm excited to bring you guys some news today.

It's a little bit bittersweet, but here we go.

When we started this podcast three years ago, I honestly had no idea what to expect.

I'd been on social media for years and years, so I was used to being in front of a camera, but I wanted a place where

we could have a conversation that was a little bit more nuanced, a place where we could talk

about things that social media doesn't exactly give us the room too.

And that's what we've done.

Over the last three years on the simplified podcast,

we've talked about what it looks like and feels like to be well

and to be whole. We've talked about how to talk to your kids about hard and

stressful things. We've talked about prioritizing rest and how to be better

about sleep. We've talked about the best thriller novels and what the wardrobes of the Royal Family

are trying to tell us. We've even talked about how to make the very best soup and

more than anything we've talked about how to simplify our lives so that we can make more space

for the things that really matter to us and the people we love most of all.

I honest to goodness have loved getting to connect with you on this podcast.

It has been an absolute joy to watch you tune into the show every single week and leave the kindest reviews and hear that you've told your friends and family about something that you've learned from the podcast.
