There was a group of us and Eva of course and we often would work out together, but it was such like trial and error back then.

They would give us some workouts see how it went and we were always kind of racing each other

But but it was still so new nobody really knew we knew it was a great workout and that's it. We didn't have any

idea what a revolution we were going to be part of.
