So recently we had New York Times best selling author with books like Let's All Be Brave

and she's a sought after speaker, a successful podcast host, Any F Downs on the show and

she's branched out to write a children's book called What Sounds Fun to You.

It's the type of book that you wouldn't expect from an outspoken Christian author, but

there was actually a reason for that.

I used to teach elementary school, so my goal with every kid's book I've ever dreamed

of writing was I want it to be in a public school library.

So when we put it all together, I wrote it when Jenny did the illustrations.

We put it in front of a bunch of librarians and said, well, this work in your public school.

That was where I did my ministry for five years.

That was a public school teacher and a public school trying to run a Christian classroom.

Right.

I wanted the environment to be saturated, even though I was a public school teacher.
