Hi, this is Forbes Horton with Forbes Horton Yachts.

Just want to give a couple tips out there for people that are interested in purchasing a cruising

boat and living the so-called dream.

The engine is typically the most expensive thing to replace when looking at an older boat.

They will last a long time.

Most of the time, they rust out before they wear

out, but replacement involves shafts, motor mounts, cutless bearings, propellers, and then, of course,

the carpentry and the fiberglass work that's required to remove it. So if you can find an older boat

that someone has already repowered, you're already well ahead of the game.

In case you missed it, though that might have been impossible if you listen to the podcast, since I've

After spending the winter in Sweden, we'll start on the west coast of Sweden in May,

head over to Scotland, up to Norway, all the way up to Spitzbergen and Svalbard Archipelago,
