Anne, welcome to the Pinkbike podcast. It's so, so good to have you on. Thank you very much for joining us.

You must not be very long back from South Korea. Yeah, correct. Thanks for the introduction.

I'm also happy to be on your podcast. But it's been a busy week. Yeah, we only came home on, what was it, Monday evening. And I think I was one of the quickest, to be honest.

0:30.4

And how are you coping with the jet lag? Is it more difficult in this direction?

0:37.7

I think I was pretty lucky that I couldn't sleep at all after cross-country racing

0:43.1

and we had to start to travel super early so I was crazy tired when I got back home

0:49.2

1:48.1

1:51.0

As far as I know, there's also not been any other racing there before.

1:55.6

And I think there was a bit of our unlucky thing, because in dry, it would have been a great course. We had good

2:03.3

short track racing on Friday in the conditions we trained on. Actually, the course was good

2:09.3

fun to ride. But yeah, already in the beginning of the week, it was very clear it would pour

2:15.1

from Saturday night onwards. And yeah, it was just a big,

2:19.6

big pity that the course was not good enough to hold onto the wet conditions. So, yeah,

2:28.6

unlucky start, I would say. Yeah, do you think accommodations could have been made to improve things?
