Now, smile as wide as you can and hold it for five seconds.

Now relax and squeeze your eyes shut.

Hold for five seconds

before tilting your head slightly back

so you're comfortably looking at the ceiling.

Now relax as your neck sinks back into the pillow.

Hug your arms around yourself and perhaps try pulling up your legs in as tight a ball as you can comfortably get before releasing and allowing yourself a lovely

big yawn as you relax into a comfortable position.
