Hello. Red Desk in Manhattan on a very, very quiet Sunday morning as we wait for the wave of

coronavirus cases to arrive, which should break on our shore this week, and then they kind of really start you know coming

forward for a while. As most of you know New York's on a lockdown so I'm in a

lockdown and last time I was out of my apartment was last Sunday,

so I've got a weekend on this, you know, summit quarantine.

So I'm kind of like, okay, one more week to go

and I'm supposedly it comes in on five to fifteen days.

But yeah, big changes.

I wanted to take a little time at the front of this to talk about other stuff besides astrology and not

a lot of other stuff, but I want you to kind of think about this.

There was a woman named Elizabeth Kubler Ross and she was a psychiatrist and she worked with death and dying people.

And she noticed in her work that there were stages that people went through when they got a diagnosis.

You know, now we're not dying, you know, we're going through this,

but you don't know, right?

So it triggers a lot of anxiety which sets us up into a state of thinking about

our own life and where we've been and what we've done and and it kind of triggers those phases and actually you know people

have studied it since she diagnosed it or outlined it and they realize that

whenever we're going through a major loss or a major change in our lives

and it can be changes too, it doesn't have to be losses.

But when we're going through a big change, especially when we're not happy about.
