Hi, everybody. Welcome to Ann Ortley's weekly weather. My name is Ann Ortley, and I'm an astrologer here in New York City, and I'm sitting here at my bright red desk, a nice 45 degrees outside with Handsome by my side, so if we get disconnected, I'm blaming it on the cat.

He's been fed, so he seems happy, and he's purring, so that's all good.

And what we do here on the weekly weather is we talk about the aspects in the heavens

and how you can anticipate them and work with them and be productive with them.

And so we do that every week. This is for the week of June, January, not June.

I'm already ahead into summer.

I was thinking about my summer house this weekend, thinking about what weekends I wanted to go,

because it's cold out here in New York.

So we are January, not June, the week of January 7th, 2013.

So happy new year.

It's officially started.

We're back at work.

We have the first new moon of the year this week on a Capricorn moon at 21,

and the Sabian image of that is a general successfully accepting defeat gracefully.

So, you know what that means, people?

That means we're going to have a defeat this week.

In something, we're going to have to accept it gracefully.

And, you know, we've been having a kind of a running, running thing going for a while now.

So now the universe is going to say to it's, okay, we're going to fine-tune a little bit.

We're going to start kind of focusing direction.
