here in new york and i am sitting at my bright red desk on a rainy labor day weekend

well not reading for the whole day just this afternoon i was doing a reading earlier and my phone

started beeping like an alarm.

It was really weird, so I went and looked and I got an alert that there's flash

floods, say that three times fast, in the area.

Rain, rain, rain.

So, any rate, we are here.

This is the weekly weather for the week of September 1st.

Labor Day through September 7th.

Hopefully you're all having a wonderful time someplace at a barbecue or a picnic or doing something

finding the rain did not catch you.

But if it did, hey, you know, it's the end of summer.

Even the heavens are sad that summer is coming to an end.

And next week, of course, my Labor Day is September.

One of my favorite months, my birthday month, is coming, and we start it on Monday tomorrow.

And U.S. opens in New York.

We're going to go see the U.S. Open tomorrow, 92 degrees.

Looking forward to getting a little sun tan there.

And also we are really celebrating the last days of summer. And it's been a really pretty summer, even though I didn't
