Hi everybody, welcome to Ann Ortley's weekly weather.

My name is Ann Ortley.

I'm an astrologer here in New York,

and I'm broadcasting tonight from the Bright Red Desk

at a slightly later hour than we

normally do it. Today we're broadcasting at 11 at night because it was a beautiful

full moon in Scorpio and I was enjoying a wonderful dinner watching the moon rise. So missed the show, meant to do it early in the morning because it was that kind of day but then ran out of life.

So here we are tonight at the bright red desk talking about this lovely

scorpion moon that we all just had and the energy in the world and how it works with us

and what we can do with it productively or not productively as we choose. We always have choice option and

opportunity with the moon. So this week of course the Scorpio moon tonight is called

the Buddha moon and way back when the Buddha was sitting under the

Bodie tree he got enlightened on this moon. So it's a beautiful tourist moon and it

corresponds back in time, of course, to October, when the Scorpio Moon happened in October of 16,

last year, October 27th, 28th I think, and then the going forward the full moon in Leo, that

was last summer, the end of July in Leo and Scorpio, and now the full moon here we are in Taurus time and then there will

be a closing square next Aquarius Moon next year in end of January. So these are called the lunar phase cycles and what

they do is they represent the human gestation period really. People ask
