0:25.9	important set it up so that when you look in you're not necessarily seeing
0:30.3	my kitchen which is right over there but maybe the blind which are here so
0:35.9	we're advancing we're trying new things we're being very a little bit every
0:40.7	week a little of this a little of that little of that, forward we go.
0:43.8	So when we're looking at the energy of the week ahead,

0:49.8	in terms of new stuff and new directions and new vitality. So first up we're going to

1:01.9	week. We have a lot of energy around how to start stuff,
