I am recording this from the Navtable on Sojourner here, the last day of the Annapolis Boat Show.

We've had a great week, lots of fun events.

I'm a bit exhausted, but it's good that we're over the hump and moving out of the show tonight.

Really nice to see a lot of people from the various events that we run, stopping by, and fans of the podcast and the blog

But anyway, I think we're at number 60. This is part one of the Ocean Sailing Forum that we hosted on

Saturday. It was the first ever live podcast, which was part of World Cruising Club's Ocean Sailing

Forum, which I've now hosted the last two years,

and which I'll be hosting again next year.

This was a panel discussion that I moderated.

It was myself asking the questions.

We had Charlie Dohn on the panel, editor of Sale magazine, Paul and Cheryl Shard from Distant Shores,

and Jennifer and Scott Brigham, who participated in the

1500 aboard their Valiant 40 in 2012. You'll hear these intros again during the thing,

so I won't go too far with that. Basically, we talked about all things ocean sailing, from boat

selection to weather, to passage making, to, touched on all everything in the course of two hours.
