So, Gia, I've got a question for you at the start of this week, and it pertains to the latest

cyclocross race that I did in the North West Cyclercross League the other day.

Now, the race I'd done two weeks before, I actuallyross League the other day. Now the race I'd done

two weeks before, I actually got a slightly better result. Now this is all obviously relative

because you are the person who wins races in the GTCC partnership. But I wondered, so on

Sunday I did slightly worse overall, but because I started quite badly, I spent the race coming through the

field to a certain extent, whereas the time before, I spent the race ever so slightly going

backwards, and the feeling of going through the race was magnificent compared to the feeling

of going backwards through the race. Does that happen at your level?

Before we get into that, do you get lapped?

Yes.

Okay, cool, I just wanted to know.

But in my defence, what happens is that my age category, which staggeringly enough, is 40 to 49,

goes off at the same time as the senior men.

In fact, the senior men get a one minute head start so they get a bit of time on the course.
