We're going to be talking with a new guest to enlightened empaths, but not a new listener to Denise or me, so it's nice to welcome you on the show.

I'm talking about Anna Schlingoff. She is a spiritual empowerment coach, author,

Reiki master, and NLP practitioner on a mission to level up the planet by

helping people remember who they truly are and why they're here.

At age 20, Anna was gifted the experience of feeling a soul.

What followed was a decade-long spiritual awakening that culminated in her first book, The Souls Human Experience, which

aims to be the map to help people navigate this earthly journey. Anna is also a fitness

enthusiast, former personal trainer, and active on Tik-talk making spiritual short videos.

Welcome to enlightened Dempaths, Anna. Thank you so so much for having me. I'm so excited to be here this is truly a dream come true to be talking to you both right now.

Oh, thank you so much. We really appreciate that. I love you talk about this in your book as well. This idea of

feeling a soul that kind of triggered this whole journey for you. Can you tell us about that?

I would love to. This is the craziest

experience that's ever happened to me and the probably the most spiritual

experience I've ever had but through listening to your show I know that I'm not alone so I'm sure many of the people listening can relate to this and probably have had similar experiences but for me the time, it was really wild and it still is when I think about it.

So I had a good friend who tragically passed unfortunately, but shortly after that, he visited me in a dream which of course I don't really think it was a dream

but it was a dream visitation as we know it as we think about it and he basically hugged me and that was our only interaction that was

pretty much the whole dream was just us hugging and the minute that I touched him to put my arms around him this absolutely incredible electricity is really the best word I can use to describe it because honestly it's indescribable using Using words doesn't really do it justice to what the experience actually was.

But it was like an electricity that was so pure, so loving, so happy, that just took my breath away really. It was kind of like a knock you on your feet experience.
