Are staying safe in these troubling times of the great global pandemic

wrecking havoc upon our world.

Here in Norway our government have implemented quite strict regulations

that severely reduces everyone's quality of life.

And every day is spent sitting inside with only brief moments of respite

when we go out for a stroll or run in the lovely spring weather.

No one visits one another, and all communication takes place either online or by phone.

I don't know how things are where you are listening to me from,

but I hope this crisis will come to an end as soon as possible.

In times like these, it is very important to keep the mind active.

Also, if all you do is worry about illness and problems,

then that will very possibly cause significant harm to you.

Escapism and entertainment are thus very much called for.
