Today I speak to two very funny women, Anna Leon Brophy and Emily Lloyd Saney.

They make up the double act egg.

You might have seen them on Harry Hill's Club Night.

They did some really excellent sketches on that.

We discussed those sketches in some detail.

They were here specifically to talk about their podcast,

terribly famous, which explores the lives of figures from popular culture. It starts off

with Adele. It's a really very interesting format, actually, that basically telling her story

with empathy, with warmth, and not with cynicism.

And it's a very engaging listen.

Speaking of engaging listens, I'll shut up.

It's a very short answer. It's a very short answer. There is no reason, apart from we wanted to

have a name that didn't have anything to do with the fact that we were two women. Yeah.

And then, of course, every show we've ever done, people have gone, is it about fertility? Oh, of course. Yeah. Is it about fertility? But you were thinking about eggs in terms of scrambled, boiled. Just like, we hadn't even got that far. Yeah. Just a funny, short word. One syllable word. Which has no Google juice at all. No, you Google egg. You don't find us. Impossible.
