Hey guys this is going to be a long run as luck would have it my strange life I had

and Tracen staying with me for the weekend and we got to spend some time talking. It's unusual because I usually

don't interview top people or you know stars and elites but I've always wanted to ask Anne about a couple different things. First, I always wanted to talk to her in depth about her time spent running the comrades. And I've also wanted to talk to her a little bit about walking away from the sport and why she walked away and what she

did while she was gone.

So it's a nice conversation that she and I had after spending the weekend together and her

running the Hennepin 100, she finished the 100 mile race.

And if you don't know who A.N. Trason is, you should Google her because she's just pretty

much the greatest of all time.

She's a 14-time Western state's champion. She was a back to back

comrades winner. She's had over 20 world records. I mean she's she's the gold standard.

She might be one of the greatest female athletes irrespective of any sport that ever lived.
