I'm Charlie and welcome to Crime Lines. First off, I have to issue a major apology for all the issues

with the last episode on Cody Bowles and Clint Shavers. There was a glitch with my hosting

service and they had to fix it before the

episode would play all the way through. I know I got a lot of emails that I did not get a chance

to respond to asking about it. I put up updates on social media and it is fixed. However,

if yours still won't play, it is because your app has cached the broken version, and there are two ways to fix this.

One, you can go and listen to about a minute or so of another episode and then go back to

the Cody and Clint episode in the hopes it forced your app to refresh. Or the other option is that

you can just listen in a different app that you never

tried to play the episode in, whether it's Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Pocketcast, Overcast,

there's so many out there. So that is how you can listen to my last episode and fingers crossed

that this week's episode does not have the same problem.

I have a very long topic suggestion list, and it is kind of overwhelming, because it's such a mix of cases.

And I decided to go ahead and sit down with that spreadsheet to divide out the cases

into categories, solved, unsolved, how much info there is out there, if there is a family that

needs to be contacted because they have a public presence, that sort of thing. And as I've been

working through that list in my spare time, I am finding cases that have been suggested over the years that are really right on the nose with the types of cases that I do tend to cover here on crime lines.
