The Hollywood Commission was founded three years ago in the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein scandal to tackle inappropriate conduct in an industry with lots of it.

Now the group, chaired by Anita Hill, has issued its first report.

The results of a survey that showed

most respondents still don't believe people with power will be held accountable for bad

behavior. People say, recently, I've seen a lot of powerful men, or a handful of powerful

men, usually is what they say, have been held accountable.

But that's not the answer to the problem that are people who are below the surface.

So Disney has gotten to a place of extreme frustration.

And, you know, it's a really sad place.

They have laid off 28,000 workers.

And they are calling out the governor of California, Gavin Newsom.

You know, Gavin Newsom opened the state, as we know, too early.

We have had a surge that has caused a lot of problems.

He's trying to do it right this time.

But Disney is under tremendous pressure.
