the beautiful, the amazing Alison Charles, she's an author,

she's a shaman, and we have so much to talk about animals and everything, mind, body, soul,

Thank you, sister, for having me. It's good to be able to see your face and to get all weird

and talk about all the, all the good stuff. Well, you're in the right place because everyone,

my entire audience knows. All we do is get weird around here. So perfect. I love it. I just want to

say before we begin for, I'm sure there's a lot of people that

are familiar with you and then there's some that probably are not. And I just want to say that

Allison is the real deal. And I always tell you this because I see through so much. And when I

met you and I've known you through Sahara and I through, you know,

some other people, but I didn't really know you. But I feel like when we started talking,

I think I even pulled you over the side in the hotel in Hawaii. And I'm like, you are the real

deal. Like you are authentic. You are no BS. Like your heart is in the right place. And I just

wanted to honor that.

So I want everyone to know, like, and I'm getting chills as I say this.
