0:32.1	Good to be in a meeting, it's always good to be in a meeting, I'm safe when I'm in a meeting.
0:37.9	And I've been doing this for a long time, I haven't had a drink in 22 years, I've got
0:43.2	my token last week, I went to a little meeting here in Benadorn and I was giving my token
0:48.4	which means a lot to me, nice to, it went around the room and everybody rubbed it for
0:52.9	luck and they gave it to me.
0:54.9	It was a bit of a surprise, I didn't think that they would have one there, 22 years.
1:00.4	And yeah, felt nice getting that.
1:04.0	I came into this fellowship on the 28th of November, 2000 and I haven't had a drink since
1:10.0	my first meeting, I was really ready for this, I'll call it the Goldilocks effect, everything
1:16.0	in England, it's about a girl, Goldilocks and the three bears and this girl goes and
1:21.3	finds this house and she checks out the beds and she checks out the food and she checks
1:25.3	out different things, one's like, some's no good and some's too much, but in the middle
1:31.0	it's just right and they call it the Goldilocks effect.
1:34.7	And I used to say that when I came to AA, I was just right for this fellowship, I didn't
1:41.5	need convincing, all I needed really was showing what to do.
