So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. And let's call to mind all those we

promised to pray for. I especially want to continue to pray for the healing of

Olivia Canelae from her seizure clusters, praying for the strengthening of Jeannie Sherman as she gets closer to death as she's being conformed to Christ's suffering.

Now let's pause for a moment and you can add your own intentions. Today we meditate on the

sin of anger but first of all we have to recognize that anger is good.

Anger is one of the we have to recognize that anger is good.

Anger is one of the God-given passions, emotions, or we could say an energy source, a power that

should propel us to achieve something difficult or arduous.

It should propel us to face up to and change what is bad or evil.

But we also need the energy of anger to endure what is unchangeable

without becoming evil ourselves.
