Yay, that's messed up an SVU podcast. I am Lisa Trigger. And I'm Kara Clank, and every week it's SVU recaps, true crime deep dives, and interviews with fun people. But first, it's occasionally

freaking out about what's going on in the world,

et cetera, catching up. I don't know what's happening. This is, you know, obviously we record

like not the day before the episodes come out. So this is the day after the election here in

L.A. And we don't have the final results yet, but nothing's looking good. I mean, I don't understand why we can't have nice things. Like, why can't we? You guys got a Mom Donnie. We just wanted a Mom Donnie. I mean, or I don't know. But Mom Donnie is an angel, but like just not Spencer Pratt. It's like too, like, I think you would have been fine if it was just like a sewer rat, I think is better than this guy. And I can't believe there's that many people in L.A., including a hairstylist, we know, that are like, yeah, he's the, he's smart. So do these people think that they're so stupid that he's better than them?

Or he's the option? Like, what is it? What is it? Did they do too many mushrooms at Joshua Tree? What is it? I think they're like... Well, they're all rich, I assume, and they hate

homeless people. It's rich Westsiders, mostly. It's mostly rich Westsiders, and they, like, hate on house people and think that he's got the same views as them.

At the same time, it's like a embarrassingly low number of people that have voted. Like I'm looking at a thing.

But there's also a lot of people that are like me and have my beliefs. I still wouldn't want them to lead my city.

I know. Like I don't understand why that. I want to have a beer with him. I don't know. We feel the same way about

the homeless. Like, okay, can he read? Can he spell? Like, I don't understand. I mean,

anti-intellectualism has been an issue for a while, and I learned that because of friendly

bullets in 2011. But, yes. It's like how much further anti-smart?

Like, I don't get why we don't want people smarter than us leading. I don't get that.

Yeah. People have so much to say about Nithia. It's like, she like went to Harvard and MIT.

She's an urban planner. Like, she has more experience than a guy who sold crystals.

I don't know.
