My name is Chris Roseboro and I am your servant in Jesus Christ and this is the program that dishes up a daily dose of biblical discernment, the goal of which. Help you to think biblically,

help you to think critically, and help you compare what people are saying in the name of

God to the Word of God. Okay, today's edition of Fighting for the faith.

I'm looking at the list here and the second half of the first hour is going to be a

critical discussion that I want to have regarding the Rick

Warren Kingsway document Chris Lom, Kerfuffle flap controversy, whatever you want to call this thing.

And what's really interesting to me is as I watch how this is unfolding in the media,

there is is that there are people who are pro-Rick Warren who are giving him the benefit of the

doubt there's something wrong here you know they understand that and so what's

happening is is that you know they're extending a lot of grace to

Rick Warren. I'm not I'm just not in that camp and the reason being is is that there are two very good reasons to hold and wait and see what develops on this on this Rick Warren Kingsway cover-up controversy.

The reason being is this, is that number one, Rick Warren is not your typical pastor. Okay? What Saddleback church is

involved in in doing is far beyond the reach of the Great Commission.

And I'll talk about that in a little bit.
