0:59.5	Julie Jances. And today we're here with Jay. Jay, welcome to the show. Hi, I'm so
1:06.6	happy to be here. Oh, I'm so happy to have you. So you tell us about your first
1:12.7	story. Yeah, definitely. So my story is really start in 2015. I gave first to my
1:20.3	beautiful son. I had a very traumatic first, and shortly after I was diagnosed with
1:25.6	postnatal depression and anxiety. So I was completely convinced that said I was
1:30.9	going to die. I used to put them down to bed and cry because I thought he would be
1:36.4	dead in the morning, and it was really horrible. And through canceling and getting back to work
1:43.2	a bit more malty, I got better. But then in 2018, my anxiety came back due to a
1:49.2	number of reasons. I had daily boots to cry in another really miserable. So I used to
1:55.0	sit on my granddad's grave who I've never even met before, and I used to cry. And
2:00.3	beg him for help. I felt like I was born cheesy. My best friend, Roxanne, who lives
2:05.4	about 300 miles away, knew exactly when to pick up the phone. And I felt like it was my
