Good morning, sir. Your platform is on the other side. This was said to me by a woman I didn't know, and who herself didn't know who I was or where I was going. I was in the metro in Paris, traveling to a destination I had never been. The signs on the platform were confusing, and I wasn't sure about the

right train. However, I was praying quietly and was inspired by a recent study I did on

angels. I had read several inspired passages from the Bible, as well as Science and Health

with cater to scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

They reminded me to go beyond the traditional concept of angels as little beings with wings

to understand how they reveal themselves to us.

Mrs. Eddie offers this definition of angels in sense and health.

Angels. God's thoughts passing to men, spiritual entreations, pure and perfect. It is extremely

reassuring to know that at all times, God is everywhere and all the time present.

His angels, the pure and perfect divine thoughts, communicate to us, right, peaceful, and balanced ideas.

And as God's spiritual creation, we understand these communications.

So, what happened next that day on the subway?

Well, when that woman called out to me to change platforms, I was initially surprised by her remark.

But after her kindness and benevolence, I answered that I was going to search in such a place.

As if she knew, she then said,

Well, then, you must go to that platform, I told you.

Then, smiling, she added,

May Jesus Christ bless your day.

Finally, finding myself on the right platform,
