R.C. Sproul (1939–2017) was known for his ability to winsomely and clearly communicate deep, practical truths from God’s Word. He was founder of Ligonier Ministries, first minister of preaching and teaching at Saint Andrew’s Chapel, first president of Reformation Bible College, and executive editor of Tabletalk magazine.

1:13.6	I certainly was as a new Christian, being influenced more by Hollywood and superstition than Scripture.
1:20.6	So to help us understand this topic biblically, here's Dr. Sproul.
1:25.6	I remember when I was a graduate student at the Free University of Amsterdam back in the
1:33.3	decade of the 60s where my professor, G.C. Berkauer, made the following observation that
1:41.3	is stuck in my mind ever since, and I'll write it on the board.
1:46.6	He made this comment, there can be no theology.
1:58.4	I should add here biblical because that was tacit in what he was saying.
2:03.6	You know, biblical theology without demonology.
2:08.6	It may be a strange statement, but let's take a few moments to explore the significance of this observation.
