well brace yourselves because this one is full on. My guest is a chef with both

Welsh and Italian heritage who cut her teeth with Gordon Ramsey. She first appeared on TV as a team leader on

Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen and has appeared more recently on Great British menu, best home cook

and Saturday kitchen. She's Chef Patron of four restaurants including the Italian accented Marano in Mayfair and has a bunch of cookbooks to her name.

Today we eat and talk in the French house in Soho where her husband Neil Borthwick is the chef.

It's my old mate and brilliant all-round

human being Angela Hartnett. And I remember taking some friends with me and they turned

around they said, you work at the home ship? I said, yeah, they said, we hear it's like Vietnam. So Angela, normally the way out to lunch starts is I'm out on the pavement and I explain which

restaurant I brought the lucky guest to. But there's no point doing that. So I'm going to ask you Angela Hartlett to explain where we are.
