0:10.0	you get frustrated because you think, oh, they don't talk to me, they don't talk to me.

0:21.0	And as soon as I would get on the other side of that, that is one, you know, that, you know, it's like a roller coaster.
0:29.8	And when you get to the low part of that roller coaster, that's when that communication would open up a little more.
