Hi there and welcome along to the Sunday Supplement Podcast with me, Vicki Gommosal

and Darren Lewis, the Assistant Editor of the Mirror.

Johnny is this week is the telegraphs football reporter Sam Dean. We take a look at how

Manchester City make it a perfect start to the defence of their Premier League grand with

the win at home to Newcastle. Plus Roy Keane labels Manchester United the new Tottenham

as Ange Postercoglu claims victory in his first home game in charge. I also sit down and

talk at length with David Moise and ask how they can push on after that European trophy

last season.

Darren, has Postercoglu sorted Tottenham out? There's a talk of Ange Ball. What did you make

of it?

I loved it. We were talking last week and I was saying that I felt that now that they've

ripped a plaster off and sold Keane, that I thought that some of the pessimism around

Spurs was possibly misplaced because he's never been in, Keane had never been in Postercoglu's

plans and Postercoglu strikes me, you know, and I speak as somebody who I'm a shame

really was a big conty fan. But listening to Postercoglu, I get the feeling that maybe

they needed a common sense manager who didn't have the CV, who didn't feel that he was

arriving trying to get Spurs to their level. But he is a guy who he's hungry to prove himself

to the people who doubt him and he wants to surround himself with players who are equally
