And today, I am pleased to introduce to you the legendary Andy Kaufman, probably our most requested.

Well, I say that about a lot of episodes.

So I'll say one of our most requested episodes. A lot of people say you got to do Andy Kaufman.

And my hesitation for a while was that there's been so much about Andy Kaufman. There's a movie,

a Jim Carrey movie about the guy for God's sake. And then of course, the documentary, Jim and Jim and Andy was popular recently. So I was like, as there too much Andy Kaufman stuff out there? And then I think with the

Gary Shanling episode, uh, Gary Shanling had a nine hour documentary made about him. So I realized

we can put our own spin on it. And hopefully, uh, maybe bring up some things you guys didn't

know or introduce

it to an audience that wasn't too familiar with Andy Kaufman. I like, like Craig, for example,

right before the show, said, I don't know much about Andy Kaufman. So you might ask,

maybe the producer should have done some background research, but it'll be like a crime junkie when we get to a point and the producer asked me like, wait
