As I mentioned before, today I am joined by my good friend, Andy Frisella. I started listening to his podcast, MFCEO, roughly five years ago and I was immediately impressed with his ability to tell it like it is.
He is the founder of the extremely successful supplement company, 1stPhorm, and the host of the number 1 podcast in the world, MFCEO. Since making that podcast so successful, he transitioned into talking about the real issues that seem to be plaguing society and launched his second podcast, REAL AF (which I believe is better than his first).
