Welcome to another episode of the Lockdown Bengals podcast.

Today, the trade deadline came and went and nothing happened.

And Andy Dalton, the biggest news in about a decade for the Bengals, Andy Dalton goes to the

bench, Ryan Finley, will be starting for the Cincinnati Bengals after the by week, ostensibly

for the second half of the season. That and Joe talks with Paul from the Cincinnati Bengals UK podcast.

Zach Taylor faced local Cincinnati media today at 2.30 after NFL network and NFL.com's

Tom Pelliserro broke the news that Andy Dalton was going to the bench.

He's in the midst of a pretty poor statistical season and is coming off of a relatively

lackluster performance against the Los Angeles Rams, where he left points on the field by missing

some deep throws, and he looked generally pretty uncomfortable. Maybe he's just shaken up by the poor

offensive line play in front of him, doesn't know who to trust, doesn't have AJ Green to throw to,

generally just things aren't going well for the Cincinnati Bengals offense. You can add to that
