I hope this moment is finding you reasonably well.

If you were here last week, then you might recall I was talking about things coming round again.

And that is certainly true for us today here on the show.

This time last year, I attended the inaugural Berkshire Yoga Festival,

and I recorded a podcast from there.

And the topic of that conversation had a lot to do with people wanting to come back together

and what the state of like in-person events like yoga festivals was.

And there was a real feeling at the festival of excitement

because it was a super fun time, and people showed up,

and we had a yoga festival, which just hadn't happened in a lot of years.

Well, a few weeks ago, I attended the second annual Berkshire Yoga Festival, and I once again

recorded a podcast at the festival, which you're going to listen to today.

This time, it was with the founder of the festival, Andrew Tanner, who has been on the show

a number of times before.

But this time he and I discussed not so much the yoga festival as a new project that he started called the American Yoga Council.

And I don't want to give too much away because Andrew and I talk about it,
