Andrew was 1 of 5 kids out for football at his High School, forcing them to merge into the Cedar Falls team. He did enough to elevate to Iowa Western for 2 years before coming to the U of I. He is one of those guys you never heard a lot about from the stadium announcer but was a critical teammate and glue guy off the field.
