I realized later in my career with the Packers, like, I better be less of a hard ass here.

So people think as you'd advance in your career, you become a harder negotiator.

I became an easier negotiator because what I learned was you got to leave stuff on the table.

You got to make people feel good about their contract.

You got to make people feel good about working with you. Hey there, boys and girls.

Of course, that's my son. We are going to do

something different and something special today. I have been asked over the years, can we just

have a podcast with some life advice, with some stories, with some really commentary from you

about being an agent, about working for a team. And someone asked, I think his name is

Evan, asked about, can you give some thoughts on what you're doing now? Would you ever go back

to a team? What you really get out of your life now? Those kind of things. And I thought, okay,

I should do that. Because we're in a slow time of year. Of course, my go-to

sport football is kind of wound down for the off-season. So I think what we decided to do,

or what I decided to do, was have someone and some people interview me, and who better

to interview me than two of my students.

So star students are with me today and they're going to interview me about topics sort of off

the plate from what's going on now in the NFL, what's going now in the business of sports.
