Rishi Sunak has just sat down for a 30 minute interview with Andrew Neil.

They talked about the economy. How do we grow the economy?

So I think just to set the scene, we have a situation where the ballots go out next week.

Rishi Sunak is behind. I think both camps accept that.

Even Rishi Sunak's supporters effectively say he has a lot of making up to do

and it's not clear he's going to be able to do that.

So you have a situation where Liz trusts to climb the offer so far at least,

but Rishi Sunak said yes. And I think it shows that he clearly is trying to find various ways

to shift the dial and it's still a question about whether he will be able to do that.

But we think that the interview just had Rishi Sunak talking for a large part of the

interview on the economy. Now in a way that's what Rishi Sunak wants to talk about because
