Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, Duke of York, the younger brother of King Charles III, and the favourite son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office and his home in Norfolk has been raided by the British police.
