So the case I'm going to talk about today is from the UK.

And it's just made huge news over there because Andrew Malkinson, who was convicted and did 17 years in prison for a brutal, brutal essay of a woman, has had his conviction overturned. And the reporting has been uniformly enthusiastic.

Everyone has been saying, this is, this man is innocent, falsely accused, did time in prison

wrongly. And I have to say that I am not convinced. I'm not convinced at all that that is the case.

First off, an overturned conviction is not evidence of innocence.

And where they found it, I think the public is supposed to insinuate that they found someone else's DNA inside the victim.
