Police are investigating disgraced former Prince Andrew Manbatten, Windsor, over potential sex crimes that allegedly took place in the UK in 2010.

The Equality's Watchdog has said toilets must only be used on the basis of biological sex,

with campaigners saying the guidance leaves trans people with fewer rights.

Thames Valley Police are investigating Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor, over potential sex crimes.

It's understood.

Officers are assessing allegations that Epstein sent a non-British woman to the UK in 2010 for a sexual

encounter with Andrew, but have yet to interview her.

So detectives say they want to speak to the woman who claims that she was taken to the former

prince's home in Windsor for what she describes as sexual purposes.

So police are appealing for other potential Epstein survivors to come forward in a complex and potentially expanding inquiry that's expected

to last for many months. And we should say, of course, that Andrew Mambatton, Windsor, has consistently

denied any wrongdoing. Yeah, really important that. So, listen, how did we even get here in the

first place? Well, Andrew was arrested, you'll remember, in that pre-dawn

raid. It was on his Norfolk home on his 66th birthday in February of this year. At the former

prince, he was interviewed on suspicion of misconduct in public office in an investigation. This

was prompted, wasn't it, by the release of the Epstein

files in the US in January. We were following that so closely here at Sky News. However,

the police probe is not limited to misconduct in public office. And Andrew is also being investigated over possible sex crimes.

The police have already spoken to a range of witnesses since he was arrested.
