I mean, he has moments in the game.

He certainly still has a very strong arm. There's no denying that. But he really takes his time. He's a deep thinker. He contemplates things. Had that delay of game penalty, too. See that? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Nope. I don't see that play clock in front of me. No, he's too busy reading the defense.
